Are there any charges for using Millionplus?
No. There are no costs to users for any of Millionplus features.

How do I search for a property to buy?

  • Click in the search box next to 'Property Type'
  • Select any or all of the search criteria on the home page
  • Click on 'Search' or enter further information to refine your search in any or all of the other boxes

How do I search for properties in a certain suburb?

  • Click in the search box next to 'Location'
  • Type the suburb you are looking for and click on the suburb from the predictive text list, including state
  • Click on 'Search' or enter further information to refine your search in any or all of the other boxes

How do I search by price range?

  • Click in the search box next to 'Price range'
  • Select the minimum price and/or maximum price you are looking for
  • Click on 'Search' or enter further information to refine your search in any or all of the other boxes

How do I find a specific agent or developer?

  • Click in the search box next to 'Agent / Developer'
  • Type what you are looking for and click on the correct agent or developer in the predictive text list
  • Click on 'Search' or enter further information to refine your search in any or all of the other boxes

How can I correct/change what I've entered in my search criteria?
By clicking on the criteria box you select to change, you can delete previous information and re-enter new information. Alternatively, you can refresh or return to the home page by clicking on any Millionplus logo or by clicking on the 'Home' button at anytime.
If you would like to change your criteria throughout your search, simply click on the appropriate area of the 'Refine Search' sentence at the top of the page and click 'Search'.

Why can't I find any properties when I do a search?
If 'No results' is displayed once you have searched, there are no properties for sale in the selected location that fit the criteria you entered.  Try reducing your criteria to broaden your search.

Can I list my house for sale on your site?
www.millionplus.com.au only advertises properties being marketed by real estate agents. If your agent does not list on www.millionplus.com.au, please direct them to our site or contact us for further information. We would be glad to assist any agents setup an FREE account.

The site is running lowly for me. How can I speed it up?
The site will run faster using Mozilla Firefox as your browser. You can download this browser for FREE at www.mozilla.com

Why is the map not loading correctly?
The map will not depict the property if the address was not disclosed by the agent or is not recognised by Google maps. If this occurs, the map will default to your city.

I've found what I'm looking for. How do I arrange to see it?
Click the 'Contact Agent' link on the right hand side of the Property Search Results screen. You may either ring the Agent to organize inspection or email the Agent to organize inspection.

Who lists property on Millionplus?
Properties on Millionplus are from various places:

  • Real Estate Agents who have chosen to list their properties with Millionplus can list properties for sale. These properties may contain photos, interactive pictures, videos and floor plans. Also included in these ads are detailed descriptions, Agent details and contact information.
  • Developers who have chosen to list their properties with Millionplus can list properties for sale. These properties may contain photos, interactive pictures, videos and floor plans. Also included in these ads are detailed descriptions, Agent details and contact information.

How do I become a member so I can use Email Alerts and My Shortlist?
Click on 'My Account' - located at the bottom of the Millionplus screen at all times. Complete your Registration details. Select 'View Email Alerts' and fill out the appropriate fields.

I've forgotten my member password, how do I find out what it is?
You will not need to. Simply 'Reset Your Password' in the 'My Account' section.

I have a new email address, how do I change the email to which my Email Alerts and Rich Pickings are sent?
You can update your email address and any other Membership details when you log into 'My Account'.

How do I use Email Alert and My Shortlist?
Both of these features can be accessed from 'My Account' at the bottom of the Millionplus screen. These features are available free to members and membership is also free.

  • My Shortlist - Property Shortlist - You can use this feature to store current properties listed on Millionplus. From the individual property's details page, all you need do is simply click on 'Save'. You will then receive confirmation that the property has been added to your shortlist. To view your list at any time simply log into 'My Account' the bottom of the screen. Please Note: When a property is no longer available it is removed from your shortlist
  • Home Alert – Email Alert sends you email notification of newly posted property ads that match your specifications. Simply go into 'My Account' at the bottom of the screen and click the link 'View Email Alerts' to create a new Email Alert, '. You can also modify, or delete your Email Alert profiles from this page. Email Alert delivers to you all of the properties currently on the Website (matching your profile) in the initial email. Subsequent emails will only deliver new properties (matching your profile) added to the Website since your previous Email Alert email.

I have found my property, how do I cancel my Millionplus Email Alert emails?
To cancel your Email Alert emails, simply delete your Email Alert Profile/s. To do this, click on 'Email Alert' at the top left of your 'My Account' section.  Click on the delete button that applies to the Email Alert you wish to cancel.
