Cate Blanchett Snappily Sells Heritage Hunters Hill Home
Acadamy Award-winning actress Cate Blanchett has snappily sold her home in Hunters Hill, and it’s thought her hopes of a $20million sale were just about met.
The home, built in 1877, was marketed through Christie’s International.
‘Bulwarra’, the five-bedroom heritage residence which sits on a 3,460 square metre estate, was purchased by Blanchett and her director husband Andrew Upton in 2004 for $10.2million. The sale is said to be due to the couple’s plans to move to the USA.
The sandstone riverside property comes with a master retreat in a private wing, pool pavilion, tennis court and more. View the property here.
