'Langvale' occupies 1150 hectares of the productive Esperance Plains and is only 35 kms east of the Esperance town site and 10 kms north of the world famous Cape Le Grand National Park. The property has been under one ownership since development and over that time has been supporting both sheep and cattle. Today, 'Langvale' supports a well recognised Red Angus Stud, and some commercial cattle, both of which can be purchased with the property. There is a full compliment of shedding and a double brick and tin house. Pastures are a mix of grasses, sub clovers and serradella, and have been fertilised annually, and over the last couple of years the property has received an application of lime. There is an abundance of quality under ground water, and over the years two pump houses have irrigated lucerne. Stock watered is supplied from 6 wind mills that pump to tanks and troughs. 'Langvale' is being sold by Expressions of Interest, closing on Friday the 22nd March,if not sold prior.
