HOMESTEAD

Four-bedroom weatherboard homestead is situated on the southern end of the property. The homestead contains all the features of a home built in the early 1900's. The home has wood fire place, wooden floors a neat and tidy kitchen with separate dining room and a separate bathroom and laundry area. There is an attached two car carport which also serves as a BBQ/entertaining area.

IMPROVEMENTS, YARDS AND FENCING

Located in close proximity to the house is a 4 x bay machinery shed. Timber pole construction with open bays provides plenty of storage room for machinery. COUNTRY AND CARRYING CAPACITY

Beef cattle grazing is now the main livestock enterprise with between 350 to 400 head of cattle carried on the property. This equates to approximately 200 cows and calves.

The fertile basalt soil has no equal in the area and both natural and improve pastures flourish on the property. There is also a small cultivation paddock which was previously utilised for growing soy beans and oats.
