“Nuwarina” Land description
The whole property is cleared (shade tree retained) pasture country. Red and grey loam soils with a smaller area of decomposed granite soils on high points. Topography is best descried as soft undulation with a small area of low hill country. The whole property enjoys an open north easterly aspect. The property is bounded on the eastern side by the permanent Cudgewa Creek. The property straddles the Murray Valley high at one point with approximately 30 acres (12.5ha) of prime land with a direct frontage to the Berringama Creek at the point where it enters the Cudgewa Creek.
