"Deep Creek Farm” is an outstanding grazing property of 241Ha (approx 595 acres) in Tooperang, an area that is well known for its quality cattle, alpaca and horse grazing properties. Along with its current Johne’s Beef Assurance Score of 6, and a stocking rate of around the equivalent of 1.5 cows/ha, the property presents very well for a quality cattle operation.

The average annual rainfall in the area is approximately 460mm, and a key feature of the productive potential of this property is the 63.6ML water licence for the taking of surface water from the large 136ML dam, providing scope for around 20 acres of irrigated summer crops and/or pasture. The animal water troughs across the property are principally supplied from a dam which is maintained by pump from the Tooperang Creek.
The main family dwelling is circa 1980’s solid brick of approximately 260sqm UMR, including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double carport. It has quality appointments throughout and offers spacious living areas for a family.
