Country: Although mostly a cattle operation in the present ownership, Tippendale has been a traditional cattle sheep grazing property. The country is all flat, predominately red loam soils some sandy areas (Box, Yellow Jacket, Wilga, Sandlewood, Pine & Mulga, etc) with areas grey, some with melon holes (Brigalow, Belah).
Vegetation Status: Excellent veg map, PMAV locked in, mostly white. Regrowth control done as needed.
Cultivation. No current cultivation although some neighbouring properties have substantial farming areas.
Water Supply: Stock water comes under pressure (no pumping) from the neighbouring capped Tippendale South artesian bore (Gabsi bore drilled to 1200 m) good pressure through 90 mm poly pipe back to 40 mm, feeds approx 29 tanks and troughs. Bore water and rainwater connected to house. Additional sub bore at house, can join into main line if needed. No yearly water fees.
Fencing & Subdivision: The property is well fenced into 11 paddock plus 2 holding paddocks. All grazing paddocks connect to the main cattle yards via a lane way system. Fencing is all steel suspension fencing of 6 wires including two barbs or 4 barbs. Steel end assemblies etc.

Comments: The property is well developed with a good cover of Buffel and native pasture again mustering is a breeze with easy access to yards via mustering squares and laneway system. The property has a good balance of red and grey soils and is well suited to grazing cattle or sheep.
