Listings other than properties over $1 Million on Millionplus
1 Listing anything other than sales properties over $1 million is unacceptable. As the price brackets on Millionplus start at $1 million, these properties will not appear on the site.
Advertising for listings on Millionplus
2. Each listing uploaded by you must be a genuine listing of properties over $1 million. We do not allow advertising with the search results for Listings Wanted.
Misuse of fields on Millionplus
3. You must only use the information, description or picture fields for inserting information that is intended for those fields. Logos can not be used instead of photos.
Use of images on Millionplus
4. You must use images in photos. Property listings without images will be removed. Using images/ drawings/floorplans/videos that are not of the property being offered for sale is deemed unacceptable. Hero image must be horizontal not vertical.
Refreshing listings on Millionplus
5. Removing and then re-listing the same property in order for the listing to appear as a new listing is not acceptable.
Listing of multiple dwellings at the same street address on Millionplus
6. We accept listings for up to 5 properties in the same street address. Please use different hero images and titles per property listing.
False street/location names on Millionplus
7. Using street names, suburbs or location names that are inaccurate or not officially recognized by Google Maps is not acceptable. As the site is map driven, these listings will not appear on Millionplus.
Listing without authority on Millionplus
8. You should not list a property on Millionplus until you have an authority signed by the vendor.
Misleading or deceptive conduct on Millionplus
9. Using Millionplus in a way that does or is likely to mislead and deceive the public users of Millionplus is not acceptable. This is the case regardless of what content is considered misleading or deceptive.
Inappropriate content on Millionplus
10. Using Millionplus for any unlawful, illegal, malicious or improper purpose is not acceptable. It is not acceptable to display material that:
- may defame or discredit another person or business
- may disclose private, personal or confidential information
- might be considered obscene, offensive, menacing or abusive
- might infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- may violate any law, regulation, standard, content requirements or code by any relevant authority or industry body.
BREACHING THIS POLICY
Breaching this Acceptable Use Policy may result in Millionplus taking action to remedy the breach. This may include removing your properties and closing your account. |
