Vicki, Having been heavily involved in property for the last decade, primarily in the prestige market, it was with great excitement that I discovered Millionplus.com.au. I was introduced to Millionpus.com.au in March while I was completing construction on a property in Kooyong Road, Toorak. I had already decided that I wanted to explore any opportunities available for showcasing my property on the internet as I am aware this is where most buyers find their property and whilst my agent had not yet discovered Millionplus I insisted that my property be listed. Along with the free individual property listing I also requested a banner ad for Toorak which you kindly produced for me. Whilst the property had reasonable street exposure the number of inspections left the agents amazed. Later in the campaign you sent me figures on the number of clicks from the banner ad to the website I had for the property www.172kooyongrdtoorak.com and I couldn’t believe the numbers. At last, an explanation for the traffic! As a result I sold my property before the expressions of interest campaign closed at a price I was extremely happy with. I have also found it perfect to load my properties that are under construction as I can list them for as long as I like for free without them becoming over exposed in the market.
